ELM327 v.1.5 Bluetooth connection failure

Hi there,
Am using ELM327 v1.5 based bluetooth interface to connect my Fiat Palio 1.9D (ISO 14230-4 KWP, 5 baud init, 10.4 kbaud) and the same is recognised by all other ecu scan softwares that I use. The bluetooth interface is mounted at COM3 as Standard Serial over bluetooth link. Multiecuscan 1.8 could not identify the interface at COM3. When I select ELM327 v1.3 (Bluetooth) and test it at various baud rate, the result says either timeout or The semaphore timeout period has expired. What to do? How to make the application to identify the interface?

When usb ELM I pull the plug and insert it new one then it will almost always be detected.

But while Bluetooth ELM?
Restart Either Multiecuscan!
Login or another Comport
