alfa 159 cannot connect to ECU

have full license software and all the leads from Gendan but i cannot connect to engine ecu.
has anyone got an idea of what im doing wrong

Hello Pas

Have you installed the newest Driver ?
Have you controled the COM port ?
Have you set the correct Interface in MES / Setting / Interfaces ?
Have you connect the Interface in your Car ?
Have you the take on the inigtion (Dashboard lights) ?

Can you connect on some other modules? or you only can not connect to engine ecu?
