Memorize Start & Stop state

Hi all,

With some search I already found that stop and start cannot be disabled permanently.
Until now, the only solution is to press the button every time you start the car.

But I drove a Punto 2012 and, surprisingly, the state of start and stop is memorized between starts !
It seem there is a solution ? Is this a parameter to change or a software ECU update ?

Any informations, help or question: I'am waiting your reply.

It's a body computer update that changes this behaviour..
