Yet another problem connecting

I am using multiplexed edition of MultiECUScan v1.6. First few days everything was very good. But now i cannot connect to any car. Status indication (RX and TX?) is not even blinking while trying to connect. Does not recognize CantieCAR interface? But in Device manager the interface is recognized as "AT91 USB to serial converter".
Drivers reinstalled multiple times. While testing i get "The operation has timed out" all the time. Settings - CantieCAR/COM10 (i assigned)/115200 baud. Everything else is default. If i try to scan for interfaces i get "VagCom/KKL interface found at port COM10 Latency Too High!!!" which is kind of strange.
I suppose even not connected to the car the TX indicator must blink, but in my case no activity is indicated... Which is very strange. I do not find any other settings to alter latencies etc.
System - Win 7 x64 Professional.
P.s. tested with Alfa 159 2.4, Alfa 166 2.5 V6, Fiat Croma 2.4, everywhere the symptom are the same.
