Hi my laptop died i was given a free laptop but although i have downloaded the free multiecuscan onto it i cant simply download my hardware key or licence number onto it.It will not let me change the hardware key.
The second problem i have is the laptop tells me ive a vag lead inserted in port three even though ive swapped between vag and klm leads in various ports! Is this the laptop, ive tried changing settings and speeds to no avail.
Finally can the registered version work successfully on a netbook or mini laptop as i may just buy new, if so what is the minimum spec i need and i shall write it down.
Any help is appreciated i use the scan at least twice a week and things are mounting up..

I'm using MES on Acer Aspire ONE ZG5 (Intel Atom N270@1.6GHz) and it runs just fine.
