Grande Punto speedometer display

On a Grande Punto with a trip computer, is it possible to reprogram the ECU to show mph readings instead of km on the display graph (speedometer fascia)?

Also is it possible to program the display of the vehicle’s current speed in the small display window (trip computer display window, where the clock, consumption etc. functions appear)? I have seen this in: http://youtu.be/NtkmyAz1vjg

It is possible, but not using the diagnostic cable/software. On video there is probably some module plugged in into the CAN network that displays that data as a radio (car audio) messages.
