Execution error on Service Internal Reset

Hello
My car is a MiTo 1.4 16V
I want use the service Internal Reset :
- The parameter screen is available with good odmetern number of service, ...
- I can't execute "Next service KM Reset" -->It's done "Execution error"
- I can only change "Number of service"

Can you help me

I recently had something similar at a Giulietta

I pressed the reset service.
But then came "Application Error" Action canceled.

I thought at first it does not work.

But after I had turned off the ignition for a while, as is in the description.
The ignition and the warning light for the service was again anschaltete from now.

Then I re-connected and MES could adjust your display Km.

Hence, we must display the "Application Error" is not always observed.
