unable to open soft ware on laptop with Vista

Hi All,

I have down loaded the soft ware for the multiscan ecu tool and ir worked on my desk top which is on win7, but when I come to down load it to my laptop it will not open, it just makes a short file which is no good. i checked in programs ( I am using Vista on the laptop)and it looks like the program has fully loaded but I can still not open it?

Any ideas please?

I have checked I have the .NET Framework 3.5 and I am.

Hello John

Copy the software directly on the C: drive
and
Install as Administrator Multiecuscan

press right mouse button and press run as administrator

Hi, I think this is right place for getting some help about the window. Actually I have install window 8 there are some error. which I couldn't get, there is sound problem and I think I should reinstall the river but I don't know where is the driver situated.
