Some actuator test fail

Hello,

I have a registered MES 1.4 (today I updated it from 1.2).
I tried to perform some actuator tests, but these ones fail:
- every injector
- Evaporation control valve
- every lambda heater

What can be the reason?

The other ones work well.

Car info:

Alfa Romeo 156 '02 2.5 V6 24V
Bosch Motronic ME 3.1 EOBD (3.0 V6)
ECU ISO Code: 7C 86 13 80 EA
