Wher you have done this remap? Belgrade?imandic wrote:There was no error before remap.
But, I spoke few times with "remap master" and he claims that everything is OK with map and that he have done this procedure hundred times without problems.

I'm 99% sure that this is problem of a remap.
He probably adjusted all values in the EGR map to highest value, and didnt use the "switch" to disable EGR...

UPDATE:
I have just come back from remapper, and this is result:
He have sent my map to some Europe tuner (from Italy, I don't have a name of company, he claims that those are one of the biggest in the world), and people from tuning company made some adjustments on map (he is their representative in Serbia and using their maps and support):
1. Now "desired intake quantity" following "total fuel quantity"
2. I have same error in MultiEcuScan (P1237)
3. Car runs great, no problem at all
4. Report from tuning company is: MAP is OK, values are little under medium tuning for my car (so, it's nothing extreme)
Just one note:
I have error all the time in MultiEcuScan, but on dashboard error appears after few kilometers driving.
If I clean error, it appear immediately after ignition on MES, but on dashboard after few kilometers (not at the same time, sometimes 3min, sometimes 10min of driving) and stays all the time after that.
Find attached new recording with new map...
Local remapper think that problem is with dirty connectors?
Thanks in advance

Since you are in Serbia try to look this page: safe chip tuning.com!
Guy is from Novi Sad. He can help you with your map since you are in the same country. He has been tuned so many jtd engines and so far everything is ok. I think he is member of this forum.
