it is not possible to see on graph if value is on or off. For example if we test
- EGR (ON/OFF)
- Glow plug circuit (ON/OFF)
- A/C request (ON/OFF)
...

I think for advanced diagnosis we need to view that values on graphs as well (the best option is to show them 0% / 100 %)

Actuator tests are to physically verify if tested device is working, their readouts are meaningless (if the fuse, the actuator or the driving relay is broken the command status still will be ON). ECU only reports a command status, if the command has been issued by the diagnostic device it is set for sure. The only way to verify that the tested actuator is really working is to observe it.
