Send report follow up

Hi,
I click the "Send report" after failing to connect to ABS on an Alfa 156 Selespeed(2000). I'm using the Cantier Multiplexed interface. How do I follow up on the progress after the report is sent?
FYI,I could connect to ABS previously.

I checked your reports.
Please try with the following:
1. Please download and install the latest Multiecuscan 1.2R1.
2. Please donwload the latest CANtieCAR firmware from http://tiecar.net/CANtieCAR2_Firmware and update your interface.

I've installed new version of multiecuscan and updated interface with firmware as suggested. I updated by copying new firmware to the update folder. Now there is no connection at all. Maybe the way I update is not right. Can you provide the step by step procedure to update the firmware.

You have to download the new firmware (which is usually in a RAR archive) and then extract the .rfw file. Then you have to use the CANtieCAR Configuration Utility (CANtieCAR.exe) to update the new firmware into the interface.
