undefined error after insert electrical code in bc

I get an undefined error when I try to program my remote. The error occurs after I enter my code. The error comes to in any other setting in the body computer like alarm-mode.

I have a punto 188 natural power. I use ther Version 1.2R1 with win7-64bit.

Have any other this problem or an idea?
