Will the HTC 8S phone work with multiscan mobile?

No is the answer cant install any of the files coped and pasted to the phone but cant find it on the phones unless plugged in to and on my laptop
Please help i know its probably user error.

No, it is not possible. FESmobile does not work on Windows Phone operating system.
