[request] cornering light improvement, bravo 07

Since one years i use FES with my fiat GP.

I sell it 1 month ago and bought à Fiat bravo 07 1L6 120

I have a cornering function.. its really use full ! I essentially drive during the night.

Unfortunately, the cornering function stop if car speed exceed 40 Kmh ( accordance with user manual )

Can you shunt the "speed cut" ?

It is no possible to change this. Law says about 40 km/h for this lights and you have not change this. It is illegal.

Is it possible to "swap" this function to the another ECUs (BSI)?
For example to 147 FL ?

This option needs 2 things:
- correctly software in BSI
- correctly software in Dashboard node which contains this option (only for Cornering ON/OFF).

If you have correctly dashboard this option will unavailable, because software in body doesn't support this. Cars after 2009 has improved this functionality in software (Cornering ON/OFF).

I have a few friends, who's bravo are manufactured in 2007 and 2008 and the service could activate the "cornering light on/off" function. Unfortunately in my bravo (03/2008) they couldn't.

I could appreciate if MES could support to activate this function.

Option you wrote is uploading by Examiner. In some cars it works, in some cars it not works. Tested on many cars... There is no conclusion for this.

Are you sure that this function can be activated with the Examiner?

It was not activation as somebody said. It was updated by Examiner. As I remember friend in service has some file got from Fiat, which should be uploaded to dashboard. But it was not working in all Bravo which hadn't added this option in factory. Cars with Body units *200 has enabled this option. It was update for *100. As I wrote, it was not working on all cars from 2007 to 2008.
