I think I understand what your are asking.

If you bought a valid Multiecuscan license BEFORE MulitECUScan was relased then your Multiecuscan license will activate MultiECUScan and also will not expire and you will have lifetime updates for MultiECUScan.

A license bought when/after MultiECUScan was released is a liftetime license however you will only be entitled to version upgrades for 12 months. After 12 months you will still be able to use the last version of the updated software you have. After 12 monts if you want a later version that supports more vehicles etc. then you will have to buy another license.

Is this the information / question you were looking for?

I purchased the £50 version of multiscan for my fiat doblo.

However, upon connecting, it seems that it wont connect properly to my vehicle.
My vehicle is type 223, doblo cargo van, and i cannot see this listed anywhere..

any chance you could add support for this?
Cheers.

As far as I know there is no 50 GBP version of MES!
There is only 50 EUR license of MES. ;)

Also as I can see from this web site: http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx
Fiat Doblo Cargo 223 is supported with: 1.3MJ, 1.4 8V, 1.9JTD-MJ and BiPower engines... ;)

Multiecuscan 1.1 supports more vehicles and more interfaces than Multiecuscan 3.3. SO, if you can connect to your car with multiecuscan 3.3 then you should also be able to connect with Multiecuscan 1.1. Fiat Doblo 223 is supported.
Also, your license will work with Multiecuscan 1.1.

Doblo 223 is supported, but not all engine versions - 1.9D (Lucas EPIC DCU3F) is apparently not supported, but you may try to connect as another model with this diesel pump (i.e. Doblo 119 1.9 DS).
