This ELM interface has no problem resistor R04!
Which ECU you want to connect?

Because the resistor R04 may only affects a CAN bus connection
no other

The way I see it is your interface not this resistor R04 or R14
Normal should be able to read your interface CAN bus.

Please turn again a more accurate picture of the black Header
I can not really see if there is not yet a resistor.

thanks for the reply alfaeddy !!!! Front side of my elm is the same as yincar on page 5 but rear is different you see on pics i have 4 resistor c10 c11 r26 r27

Hello Stefic

Normally, your interface to work in this type also in the CAN bus. In your red frame 2 resistors and 2 capacitors, these are also on the original schematic of ELM Elektronics, so I do not think of an error of these components.


If you find any other solution, you can still try and remove R26 and R27 for the 4 components are not actually required.
It would be an attempt
