Transfer of an inactive license

I've got a question - I have 3 registered copies of FES/MES, one I've bought and two more I was granted. Two of this licenses are lifetime, but one promotional code have been activated after change of the licensing terms and its license will soon fade off. The problem is that one of the lifetime licenses is activated on my desktop PC, which I'm using for testing translations and second one is activated on my notebook computer, which I used to use for car diagnostics, the third one - time limited is installed on my netbook, which I actually use for car diagnostics (as it has an SSD disc which is very good for that purpose). As I no longer use my notebook for car diagnostics, and netbook license will soon end I would like to swap the license assignments to this two computers. Inactive license still allows me to use the software, so I don't want to loose it, but I'd prefer to transfer it to computer which I rarely use for diagnostics.

So, in brief words, my question is - can I swap/transfer the licenses between my notebook and netbook, which brings two more questions:
- Can I transfer license which is no longer active (but as I understand allows me to use the software, but not for updating it)?
- If I transfer a lifetime license will it stay a lifetime license or, after a transfer, it will turn int a one year license?

The lifetime license will still be lifetime even if you transfer to another machine. This is my understanding and I've not seen anything to the contrary.

First of all ensure you have your license keys and hardware keys.

Then generate a removal key on the laptop and netbook. Make a note of both of these.

Because removal keys are normally used to uninstall from one machine and install on another then I think that you are probably best off uninstalling MultiECUScan from the Netbook and then reinstall.
You should now be able to use the laptop removal key to activate the netbook again and it should be a lifetime license.

Same for the netbook removal key us it to activate the laptop again. This laptop will now hopefully have the time limited license.
