service reset mito 2009

I have a mito 1.3jtd in the shop this week, for repair and service,
after service i plugged in Multiscan, and it was not posseble to reset oil service, not in engine, not in service reset.
I connected my old multitool of italian makes, it was noproblem.
reset completed.
is there somone , with the same problem.
Let me know.

Did you get an error?? Or the RESET completed successfully and there was no result?
