I want to format the pc and wanted to know how I have to do to get the serial back to the program

On bottom left of Multiecuscan main panel click the Blue Register area just above the F9 Settings.
This will give you a dialog box with your Hardware Key and License Key.
Make an accurate note of both of these values.
As your are only formatting your hard drive than I doubt your Hardware Key will change and you can use the date to reinstall the program.
You can also hit the Deactivate button and generate a removal key. Make a note of this.
I don't think you will need the removal key but if you do then this key will help you reinstall after the format.

The deactviate process will have given you a Removal Key.
You use this Removal Key to obtain a new License Key and activate the program.
If this fails then send an Email to support@multieecuscan.net with your original hardware and license keys with any purchase details you have.
