ive lost multiecuscan

Hi, ive wiped off a user on my laptop but it held my registered version of multiecuscan.Can i simply enter my hardware key or license key onto the multiecuscan free edition to reinstall my wiped out registered version any help would be great.

If it is not accepted by the program then please send an email with your Hardware Key to support@multiecuscan.net
