invalid licence key???

I was reinstall my multiecuscan but it do not accept a licence key. I have removal key, current hardwer key and licence key and - I sent it to support@multiecuscan.net without new harwer key. I wrote a current hardwer key. After that I get e-mail with the same licence key that I have. And,of course it doesn´t work. Please help me.

Do you have the latest version of MultiECUScan, V1.1R1. R1 was released the day following the V1.1 and according and was to fix a licensing issue. May not be relevant to your problem but installing V1.1R1 will do no harm.
