Alfa 147 1.6 120CV CAN setup/proxi alignment

Appreciate any help/suggestions for flwg problem.
Car: Alfa 147 1.6 120CV
Interface: CANtie multiplexed
Module: Body ecu
Problem: Cannot connect to CAN setup/Proxi alignment procedure
Error msg: communication error, check cable or port setting
Since it can connect to everything else except that particular procedure
I dont believe its cable or port setting. FYI I have tried all baud rates with
KW setting at default,optimal n fast with no success. Any suggestion would be
appreciated.

If the COM port is set correctly.
If your interface detected in the Control Panel without error?
Did you install the correct driver?
Have you asked the Latency Time to 1 (instead of 16)?

I've managed to connect and carried out the procedure on another 147. I supposed the earlier
147 has other issues with the body computer. Thanks for responding.
