FES won't start and won't uninstall

Hello all,

I'm french and I have a problem with my FES, excuse me in advance for my bad English language.

I run on Windows XP family, i had a registered licence on this hardware.
FES v3.3 won't start, so i downloaded the last FES v3.42 and install this one, but same problem.

Windows won't start FES, but i don't know why. I attached a snapshot screen file.
I wanted uninstall FES but same Windows error message, "filenotfoundexecption".
I erased FES with a cleaner and reinstall the last version, the installation is succesfull, but windows won't start FES yet !
This problem come from my computer, no from FES.

Can you help me,please.
