Proxy alignment punto 188

Hi boys,
I'm into a big trouble !
My mother's punto 188 has the body computer burned, and it's impossible to read the 93lc66 because the file is corrupted !
I have changed it with second hand body and key, and riverginate the iaw59f. The car starts normally but the odometer is blinking because it need can alignment procedure!
My question is: is possibile to make correct alignment with fes 3.4.2 after this work ?
I think that the donor car had more or less option than mine.
Fes can help me ?
I ask this question because I don't have car there because I'm away for studing otherwise I would try without askyng !

Yes, You can use FIAT PUNTO '03 1.2 8V or FIAT PUNTO '03 BIPOWER, it's also possible that each FIAT PUNTO '03 will work.

With alignment this isn't a problem if the Body is from another car, but with the same id and serial ?
I can align it normally ?
