I would directly contact one of the forum admins but as I have just joined I cannot.

I have been succesfully using MES on my laptop for nearly a year. Today however, the laptop has completely died and left me with a problem. I have an older spare laptop I can use but how can I transfer the license when I can't access MES on the old one?

Can anybody shed some light on this?

Contact MES Support with your old license key, proof of purchase and new hardware key for your replacement laptop.
