Change of disc and question of license

I have lifetime license of MES on my laptop.
I plan to change old (almost full and slow) disc by new more larger and faster SSD disc.
Do I have to perform described "Procedure of Transfer of License" or
MES will be functional on new disc (which will be copy of old disc) without license transfer procedure?
Any other parts of hardware will be unchanged.

Dear Yanislav Karagyozov,
I am old customer of your software and used it without problems for years.
I bought this license (lifetime now) from your agent in Novi Sad, Serbia, years ago.
I hope that is temporary problem and it be resolved in a proper way.
