From which modules/ECUs inside the car can the MultiECUScan read the mileage ?
And where do I go to/navigate inside MultiECUScan to read the mileage from each of those modules ?

This probably varies from model to model. On my Giulia, Odometer in km is a parameter of the Engine Control Module.

The only mileage of significance is that from the Instrument Cluster Odometer.
This is the one unit which has to be legally compliant / homologated etc.
Other units like engine ECU, ABS also have mileage figures but as has been shown / commented on in the past these figures may not match the vehicles odometer reading.
Normally any differences between the various vehicle units are not that much. However if there is a very large difference then it is:
a) likely that the instrument cluster has been replaced
b) someone has been tampering
NOTE! If/when and instrument cluster is replaced the garage should note the last recorded mileage. When the new unit is installed they are able to *increase* / set the mileage to the last value on the old unit. All decent diagnostic software will only allow you to INCREASE the mileage and not decrease. Also set 99999999 and expect it to wrap to 00000000 will not work.

Odometer is the easiest to tamper with and cheapest.
I already know how to do all that.
What I am trying to learn is how to read mileage from other modules so I can check what is written there.
Where I am from, rolling back the mileage is not illegal yet.
So I want to check other modules and what mileage is written in those modules to compare.

Well just connect to each of the nodes (e.g. ecu, service, abs, etc) and see if mileage is a listed parameter.
