activation

hi i have followed the links etc to register and activate my multieuscan it says if activation code is not received within the hour to email then ... i registered at 15.15 this afternoon had not received my code by 16.30 so emailed as site says ... i still have not received my activation code nor had a reply from the email .... any help on here please ???
