Multiecuscan

I have just purchased Multiecuscan and installed on laptop.
I have ELM327 USB and yellow lead.

I have successfully reset Oil Change - engine ECU, without yellow lead.
So that's all working.

I am tryiing to reset service interval - with yellow lead.
It is reading ok - tells me it was last serviced 2018 and 53000km ago.
It has been serviced since by a garage so obviously they couldn't / didn't reset interval.
It says 4 coupons left so that's not the issue (0 means service interval no longer functions).

I enter last service date and execute but it fails.
What could be wrong?

Don't know about the Mito but on my Croma 2005 MJet I could never set the service date or mileage/interval.

All I could do was a Service Reset and the car/service compute applied the default service with data as "today" and next service in x days and x miles.

I could adjust the service coupons left.
