differences between kkl cables

hi guys!
Currently i use elm 327 cable, but i want to buy a kkl cable..
Now i'm confused between this two kinds of connectors:

what is the difference between the cables? how is the best kind of cable that i can buy and use with multiecuscan?

The first cable VAG 409.1 KKL 20 euro... will work for you...
