Can i run a Proxi Alignment with this error code?

Hi,

I will be replacing my airbag ECU and then need to run a proxi alignment to match it to my car. However I have a separate error code 'U0422 - Inertia Function' that shows up - this error code has been on the car since i bought it about 9 years ago and doesn't seem to effect anything. This error code has nothing to do with the airbags.

If I replace the airbag ECU and clear the airbag error codes and run a Proxi Alginment, will it work if the U0422 error code is still there?

My experience is that you really need 0 faults when performing a proxy allignment. Sometimes the allignment still works but it will always say that the allignment has failed.
