Hi i have a problem with multircuscan it wont run i get error have tried diffrent versions of software same result.
error was data file error then back to desktop help please.

Version of mes? Version of Windows? Do you have installed all drivers an so on? We need more information for that Problem

Same problem here. I had 4.8 installed & registered. I got a message there was a 5.1 version, downloaded it. But then the app complained it was a free version, NOT registered... what the f*ck...
Soi had to re-insall the 4.8 version again, and eversince i get this error popup 'data file error'.
This is very annoying. Please fix this. I am a paying customer.

Have you tried uninstalling 5.1 and then reinstalling 4.8?
Most MES licenses are valid only for the release you purchased with free updates for one year. After a year if you install another version it will be the free version.
You many have to uninstall 4.8 to clear out stuff and then reinstall 4.8 to correct this error.
