Fiat 500 219 configuration proxi problem

Hello everyone. I bought a Fiat 500 2019. I have a problem with the proxy configuration in the car. My mileage blinks all the time. The car came to me and was not shooting. I noticed there is a big mess with the car setup. After activating the AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION and the START / STOP option, the car fired. Will anyone help in disrupting the proxy configuration ?? Car for Fiat 500 2019 1.2 petrol automatic with connection and cruise control.

if configuration is not right and not sure what was changed best bet is to go to dealer and ask them to restore proxi configuration.
