Giulietta Dynamic Mode switch

hi everyone , i'm reading forum for long time and it's time to register and ask my question which i couldnt get any answers from search.
is there a way to get in D mode over 110 kph on 2011 Giulietta by changing proxy?
i owned 2012 ( after 6/2012 production ) Giulietta before, it was passing D mode even 180 kph.
or is there in eeprom or flash file on ecu?
i have both flash files, if there is a way to do that. i'm appriciated
