Cannot clear DTC on Ducato 290 Gearbox

I am using a modified ELM327 adapter to communicate with a Ducato 290 2.3 Multijet van from 2020
Multiecuscan lists four systems (Engine, Gearbox, Body, ABS) without a yellow adapter, and additional systems with the yellow adapter.
Some of the systems report "ISO not recognised", but they appear to work correctly.
I can clear the DTC on the Engine, Body and ABS, and if I connect I can see values for the parameters.

When I connect to the gearbox I cannot clear the DTC and the parameters do not show values.
Scan DTC shows the following for the gearbox:

Gearbox / TCM/NCA/NCR (Automatic Transmission)
ZF 9HP48 Automatic Gearbox
ISO Code: 52 85 04 0D 3D
VIN code: ZFA25000002P38685
Hardware number: ES11-1065 D - Ver: 01
Software number: 68447579AH - Ver: 0001
Errors found:
U1400-00 - Accelerator pedal position (from NCM)
P1DD2-00 - Torque control (request)
U1424-00 - Error in communication with engine control unit (ECU)
U1408-00 - CAN line - connection with Braking System (NFR)

Does Multiecuscan support my gearbox?
Can I see the parameters for this gearbox?
Can I clear the DTCs?

maybe DTC in gearbox are active that's why you can't delete them

Thanks for the suggestion.
The errors appeared when the ignition was turned on with the gearstick electronics unplugged.
The wires are plugged back in now and after a few restarts the van does not display any errors on the dashboard (the engine warning light is off).

It also seems odd that MES cannot show the value of any parameters from the gearbox, but it does show the parameters from other systems such as the ABS and Engine.

car is too new, will have to wait for future updates.

PS sometimes errors won't clear after Scan DTC was performed and errors cleared from that window so you have to enter that ECU and delete it from there. sometimes it's vice versa.

Thanks for this. I started MES, turned on the ignition, connected to the gearbox and viewed the errors. I then clicked "Clear Errors" and this time it worked :D

I then realised that selecting "Ducato (type 290) 2.3 Multijet" listed the gearbox as "Marelli SELESPEED CFC348 Automatic Gearbox", but my 2020 Ducato has a "ZF 9HP48 Automatic Gearbox" as identified by the ISO code. I had a look for other vehicles that use this ZF gearbox and found the "Toro 2.0 Multijet 16V", so I selected that vehicle and gearbox and clicked connect. I was then able to see values for the parameters and there was no warning about the ISO code.

So to answer my original questions:
- Multiecuscan supports my gearbox (ZF 9HP48 Automatic), but it does not expect to find it on a Ducato, so I have to select Toro as the vehicle
- With the correct gearbox selected I can view the parameters
- I was able to clear the DTCs by connecting to the gearbox at the start, without running Scan DTC first

Thanks for your help
