After using MES for the first time, I am now getting ABS unavailable on the dash and a fault code C1212-55 torque signal from fuel injection unit not received, Any answers?
i've tried doing a proxi alignment but no change

When MES connects to the cars systems then certain systems may become unavailable. Certainly ABS is one of these. The dashboard is telling you this so you are aware if you were to drive the car with MES connected. You will also get some warning lights on. Again this is normal.

As long as when MES is disconnected and you have turned the ignition Off and On again and everything returns to normal expected signals/information then there is nothing to worry about.

No, I did all that and there is no ABS, its no longer available, and there is now a fault code C1212-55,did the whole proxy alignment again, ignition on/off, no joy. Before any one mentions earth cables, I've double earthed engine/gearbox to chassis, chassis direct to battery, battery direct to earth post by the ABS pump

Sorry haven't been on here for a while, the answer is i still haven't cured this, sent the ABS module off to ECU Testing , they couldn't find anything wrong with it, tried doing proxy alignment multiple times , to no avail, all i can do is switch off the ABS so there's no dashboard light

if ABS is not visible in proxi list and you can't connect to it then it's wiring problem

ABS is visible in the proxy list and you can either enable it or disable it, when enabled it still shows as ABS unavailable, when diasabled at least the warning light and message goes off, so I thought great! i dont need ABS, I'll turn the warning off and get it MOT'd then I realised that the rear fog isn't working either, and that's powered directly from the BCM. I got a cloned BCM did a proxy alignment, still no joy. I'm beginning to suspect it's the fault of MES and am regretting paying for this now, my only recourse is to book my car into a main dealer to see what's causing the problem

1) can you connect to ABS?
2) what "Body - CAN Info - Info" screen shows?
3) what "Body - CAN Setup / PROXI Alignment Procedure - Info" screen shows?

The ABS info says C1212-55 torque signal from fuel injection missing/not configured, the body info shows everything correctly aligned, but the rear fog light is not working and there is no ABS, this all occurred the first time i connected to MES, there was nothing wrong with the car before
