500 abarth Tft cluster proxy problem

I own a 2013 500 abarth (U.S.) and just swapped for a 2014 tft cluster, I followed all the instructions and all the menus work but I'm stuck in the 500 base mode which is byte 65 = 00 but when I try to change to 40 or 60 nothing happens, it tells me it can't find the computer body or something it's weird but I see everyone else does it and changes with no problems.
