Proxi Alignment - Factory Default

Hi everyone,
I'm joining the forum as I started to use MES.
Main issue right now is with proxi aligment procedure.
I always backup original proxi, then try to modify some bytes (depending on the options I want to activate/deactivate). If I try to revert back (original backup proxi), the proxi alignment is not sucessful (like if bytes are not correct).
Can someone comment on how to get proxi alignment with original configuration?
My car: Fiat 500 1.2 2019
