Hi Yani!
I bought an ELM327 v1.3a interface, but it doesn't work right with Multiecuscan 2.1. The driver of the cable is new /the last WHQL/.
The cable works with OBD DIAG or ScanMaster, but ECUScan communicates only with the engine ECU. The other ECUs /ESP, TRW, Service Reset/ don't communicate.
Please help me
Thanks

There is no way to connect without physical connection!
Yes, you need to modify your ELM interface and bridge the pins.
You cannot connect to airbags with ELM. It is a limitation of ELM 327 v1.3.

Hi everyone!
Sorry for my weak English.
I sent back my clone ELM interface, and bought an other one :
http://bolthely.hu/obddiag/id/02996_OBDLink_CI_usb
Its name is OBDLINK Ci USB.
The interface works great with MoDIAG Prof. or Scantool, but Multiecuscan works only with the engine ECU, too. The Service Reset doesn't work. The test sees that ELM327 1.3a. The error message : "ELM327 ->ECU connection failed! Every change is at default.
It do that with my car and my brother's car.
My car is Fiat Stilo 1.8 2003, my brother's car is Fiat Bravo 1.4 T-Jet 2008.
The seller said that this cable must be working with Multiecuscan. They wrote its Hungarian version, but they have no idea about why it dosen't work.
Does anybody have any idea?
Please help me!

did you read the message above yours?
it's ok that multiecuscan works only with ecu engine if you don't solder some pins.
Your brother's car is not supported yet, i think, maybe on next release.
Mine is a t-jet too and will be supported on next release. (i have a grande punto)

Multiecuscan 2.2 supported the new Fiat Bravo Service Reset, but doesn't work at me.
The Service Reset work across the can bus, don't have to solder any pins.

so you connected successfully to fiat bravo without any warning message like "invalid iso code..." but when you start the service reset it doesn't work?
what the software says? The reset is done correctly?
If so, i'm sorry i don't know where the problem could be.
By the way, an ecu communicating across can bus doesn't mean it will communicate throught one pin only...(the engine pin).

The ELM interface can work with several protocols across several pins. The Fiat cars use two way of this:
1. it is ISO protocol across the K-Line /pin7 - engine ECU, /pin1 - ABS ECU, pin9 -TRW ECU//
2. it is CAN protocol across the CAN bus /pin6 and pin14 - Body Computer, Service Reset and every ECUs if it connect to CAN bus/
When I choose "Fiat/Bravo '07 1.4 Turbo 16V/Service/Service Interval Reset" and press F10 button, then the ELM interface doesn't connect to CAN bus. The error message is "ELM327->ECU connection failure". It does that with my brother's Fiat Bravo and with my Fiat Stilo, too. It is my problem.

The problem seems to be in the ELM interface.
