Excuse me if I have missed something here

But it doesn't really seem like there is much support for registered members here guys?

Nobody has tried to answer my question since purchasing this program, and I can see post from memebrs as far back as February which have also received no responses from anyone?

So what support is here exactly!!!

Well I will try to answer / tackle this head on.

You raise an interesting and valid observation.

When FES (FiatECUScan) was first released back in Oct.2009 then the developer Yani was very much present. Over time as the user base built many questions and answers were fielded by the user community. This naturally lead to a less frequent presence of Yani answering many question that were being answered by users. Yani's time was rapidly consumed by developing and adding in all the models people were screaming wanted.

Today Yani's presence here is low. HOWEVER as a purchasing customer you can and have every right to Email MES Support. It has been over the recent years customary for people to raise general questions etc. here in theses forums and only contact MES support directly for serious issues like license key not working, etc.

So come to today we have a forum title of MES Support which is on the whole now community supported.

I can understand your confusion etc. and possible upset but this is the current state of play.

At some point I guess Yani will see your post and my reply but in the meantime you can contact MES Support via Email and ask for help with your technical question and if you so desire ask why the MES Support forum is not answered by MES Support.

maybe Im a bit thick, but I cant seem to locate the link which will allow me to read the long list of fan comments and questions the way it used to be. Can you tell me, please, which link will get me there?

I think you may be referring to the old FiatECUScan forum or some other website.
