Win 10 Pro 64 Bit SW Error

I was testing the configuration of the free version of MES 4.5 (waiting the licence). Using the program in the "Proxy" menu, after the "Free version limitation" disclaimer popup, I got this error:

Sorry, I don't understand your question. The error is "an exception was not handled by the application"
