FIAT 500 Airbag light

Hi :)
Ive just repaired a light crash damaged 500 (2013), there was only minimal front damage (bumper and wing) although the seatbelt pretensioners had activated and the belts locked up, ive replaced both sides belts and pretensioners with salvage parts and had the Airbag ECU cleared.

My problem is that i still get the message on the dashboard saying airbag fault?

The Multiecuscan obviously wont clear fault as the system is still recognising a problem.

The error code is BO123-1B........... Drivers Abdominal Pretensioner? :?

Any help greatly appreciated as i cant get MOT with this showing

Hello,

Make sure the salvaged parts You used are exactly the same part numbers as the ones that came off the car. If not can not be used...
Also unplug the one that gives You the error and see if the code changes or an other code is added. If something changes then Your wiring is OK but the part itself is no good. If nothing changes do a very good electrical-wiring check from the corresponding Module pin to this connector and if everything is OK then the replaced part is no good.
