Service reset not posible with elm327

I use the registered 4.4 with the ELM327 and use it with my Fiat Ducato 250 2.3L from 2011
I can connect in system to the motor ecu but not to service, then i gt the error no connection can made
I want to reset the service interval.
What can be the problem ?

I would try to connect with a KKL adaptor.

It is not clear if this is a CAN bus node or a KKL node.

I read somewhere that I need an extra cable but which one or should I buy all, I believe there are 4 colors.
Otherwise the list say that ELM327 does it all

Is your 2011 Ducato actually a Fiat Ducato (type 250) Facelift 2.3 Multijet

If so you need adapter A3 (Service Interval Reset |INFO|ADJ| ELM A3)

A3 is the Yellow cable.

Or do you advice me to buy all 4 ?

If you only have your Fiat Ducato (type 250) Facelift 2.3 Multijet and no other Fiats *AND* no expectation of having any other Fiats then buying the one cable (A3 - Yellow) will be all you need.

Depending on where you buy cables then the purchase of a complete set will be far cheaper than purchasing individual cables. The complete kit/set of cables gives you total flexibility and coverage and whilst you may not need them all you may be able to help others with other Fiats/Alfas and a few bottles of wine/chocolates/other "thank you" rewards will pay for the cables.

In the part of Fiat Ducato (type 250) 2.3 Multijet is A1 and that is the green cable and looking at Service Interval Reset it say |INFO|ADJ| ELM but no connection to A3 (yellow) cable
Maybe I misread or misunderstand something.

You need to change the interface in the MES settings from ELM327 to ELM327 (High Speed).
