Account Usergroup

Hello,
I've bought multiecuscan license on 13 Jul 2019. Intially my account was assigned to "Licensed" group. So I can write on reserved channel (Support ONLY), but now I can't see my old post and my account is assigned to "Registered" group.
Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem on the forum and group Support (REGISTERED only).
And nobody did anything about it, no help.
And this situation has been going on for half a year.
Administrator "Yani" doesn't reply to emails or private messages. He's probably sleeping :)
And he forgot about MES and forum. There has been no MES update since half a year.

Hi guys

I'm just a moderator here but I have sent Yani a PM about this general issue and am yet to receive a reply.

Normally Yani is fairly quick to respond to me so this could indicate that he is possibly not well.

All I can suggest is that you Email MES support directly.

I'm sorry I can not be of more help.

Some days ago, I sent a couple of mail to support@multiecuscan.net and some PM to Yani.
I hope that this problem will fix soon.
