licence expired
I bought a licence about 2 and half years ago when i had an Alfa Mito. I have just purchased a Fiat Panda 100hp and have come to open Multiecuscan software and it says i only have the free version. Does the licence expire i just thought that after 12 months of purchase you just don't get anymore updates but still get to use the full version. Please can anyone shed some light on this please. It is my understanding that your license gives you a years worth of updates (new vehicles and fixes) but will/should continue to work after that year.
I suggest you check that you have a version of MES installed that was released during your valid license period. You can check this by viewing here: http://www.multiecuscan.net/ReleaseHistory.aspx
If not then you can download a relevant release and try again.
If that fails then you need to contact MES sales / support.
