Activate Key fob controls on US Alfa Romeo Giulias/Stelvios

1. In the US/Canada cars come with the key fob long press button responses disabled. In other markets a long press on the unlock button opens the sunroof and windows. A long press on the lock button closes them all. Can this be activated on US cars please?
2. In the US, pulling on both paddle shifters does nothing. In other markets it shifts to neutral. Can this be activated too?
