Jeep renegade live service, ucconect 6.5 cant connect to the phone

Hi guys , on jeep renegade 2017 is present ucconect live service but cant comunicate with phone. Error is :

- Sorry Uconnect LIVE services are not enabled on your vehicle

There is something disabled on my BD , I think so . Someone can help me ?

Can you take a screenshot of your RO folder with the folder option view -> details and post it here? I think it would help.
