Pleše help barchetta 1997 ecu scan

Hello I'm new by.Have problem to conect barchetta 3 pin +VAG Kkl 409.1 in adapter is ftdi chip
I have win 7ultimate+ sp1 64bt
Dovnload ft23r usb u art driver installed in control panel is ok show port5.
My 3pin adapter hawe only red+ wire no black -
Barchetta hawe two pin port white wire and black wire.
Can anyone help mee please

I found the 4 pin on kkl is not conect no were in kkl board,but 5 pin go no were in board

when i conect multi cu scan with elm327 is port and trans. ok and say conect vag kkl,when i conect vag kkl say TESTING LATENCI WITH200BITES OF DATA....THE OPERATION IS TIMED OUT.
PLEASE HELP

Go to Your COM: port settings in WIN Control Panel-System-... and change the settings there for the Latenci. You might need to try different settings before it is OK.
