Unable to registered my Multiecuscan 3.9 MULTIPLEXED

Hi, I had purchased a multiecuscan in 2016 Oct from gendan.co.uk, and have not use the products until recently my Alfa GT could not start, my previous downloaded version of the software is 3.2, where now the software is already 3.9R1, I have updated the software to 3.9, click on the registered bottom at the lower left, the software read my hardware code without problems, but when I key in the code printed on my multiecuscan, it said invalid code inputted!
Code activation had failed~
From what I know is, my Multiecuscan multiplexed is licensed via the device unit, what should I do now in order to let the software to recognize my product?
Also, I found that the select menu inside settings do not have the CanTi to select from? which unit should I select via the settings?

I suggest initially you contact Gendan. They are normally excellent in customer support.

I've not personally used the Multiplexed version but as you say the key is associated with the Canti interface and not your PC hardware.

and after my upgrade to version 3.9R1, the free version is loaded.
My license was purchased 26.04.17
I have both keys but it gives me an invalid key.
Changing Hardware Kеy is impossible.
What should I do to get the new version going?
I was with old version 3.8 I think.
Upon updating, he writes that he would just have to get his activation keys in question but did not get anything.
